Refund Policy (Strict Policy)
A. Policy Statement
Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, all sales of temperament profiles and associated content (the "Product") on Church Militant are final and non-refundable.
B. No Refund Period
We do not offer a cooling-off period, refund window, or money-back guarantee. By completing the purchase and accessing the profile, you accept that the transaction is concluded and no reimbursement will be issued.
C. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate charge errors or documented technical failure where the user was charged but the profile was never successfully delivered or accessible, and this failure is verifiably caused by our system.
